Job Title: Skills and Development CoachWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Skills and Development Coach to join our team. As a Skills and Development Coach, you will play a key role in supporting a caseload of apprentices to ensure they achieve their full potential and complete their programmes on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with apprentices to identify their strengths and areas for development, and create personalized learning plans to support their growth.
- Liaise with employers, tutors, and the client team to ensure seamless communication and support for our apprentices.
- Monitor and track learner progression, providing regular feedback and guidance to help them reach their goals.
- Support apprentices through the End Point Assessment process, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident in their abilities.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of supporting learners to achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Microsoft literacy, with experience using Excel and Outlook.
