About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practice Quality Advisor to join our team at One Care (BNSSG) C.I.C. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your clinical expertise and passion for quality improvement to make a tangible impact in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Practice Quality Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting GP surgeries in confidently undertaking Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance, enhancing practice operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and healthcare regulations.
  • Previous experience in a clinical role within a general practice or healthcare setting.
  • Working knowledge of general practice clinical systems (preferably EMIS).
  • Working knowledge of Ardens suite of searches and diagnostic tools.
