About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Practice Quality Advisor. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a tangible impact in the healthcare sector, working closely with General Practice Support teams to enhance practice operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with CQC standards and regulations, providing guidance and support to General Practice teams.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on quality standards and best practices, promoting a culture of excellence within General Practice.
- Identify areas for improvement within practices, developing strategies to address them and monitor the implementation of improvement plans.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with GP clinical and administrative staff.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to improving healthcare quality.
