The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, alongside proficient clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for this position.

This role reports to the Nurse Manager, who oversees the daily operations of the nursing team. As you advance in your role, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with various healthcare professionals and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Staff Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:


• Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients within the Adult Pathway Partnership

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and best practices in nursing care

• Mentoring and supporting junior nursing staff and students

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
