Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Lettings Process Management: Manage the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction.
- Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants and highlighting their features and benefits.
- Rental Negotiations: Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide valuable insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Administrative Duties: Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks related to property lettings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage, but not essential.
- Qualifications: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
