Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenancy applications, including coordinating with tenants and landlords to ensure a smooth process.
  • Draft and finalize new tenancy agreements.
  • Handle viewing enquiries from potential tenants, booking viewings, and listing properties for rent.
  • Process and manage bills received for our properties.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to residential lettings.
  • Conduct viewings at properties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lettings.
  • Valid driving license.
