Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our Corporate Property Services team in Nottingham. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, agreeing and progressing lets through to move-in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and book valuations via local branches
- Agree and progress lets through to move-in
Requirements:
- Preferably an experienced Lettings person
- Able to perform within a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
