We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Lettings Process Management: Manage the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, including arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating rental terms, and handling all necessary paperwork and administrative duties.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide insights to clients.
- Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively negotiate with landlords and tenants, and provide regular updates on the lettings process.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate good organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and good organizational skills.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
- License: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
