Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Sales and Lettings Representative to join our team as a Student Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting property viewings, engaging with prospective tenants, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Property Viewings: Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective student tenants, showcasing properties in the best possible light.
- Engage with Prospective Tenants: Build rapport with students, answer their questions, and provide detailed information about the properties and the letting process.
- Close Deals: Convert viewings into lettings by effectively communicating the benefits of the properties and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Manage Enquiries: Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Market Properties: Assist in the marketing of available properties through various channels, including online listings and social media, to attract prospective tenants.
- Manage Viewing Reps: Manage a team of temporary student ambassadors during the busy lettings season.
Requirements:
- Sales-Driven: A strong passion for sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Personable: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective tenants.
- Energetic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritise with ease.
- Organized: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all viewings and enquiries are handled efficiently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate student schedules.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management is preferred but not essential. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are most important.
