About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Lettings Process Management: Manage the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, including arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating rental terms, and handling all necessary paperwork and administrative duties.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide insights to clients.
- Communication and Negotiation: Develop and maintain strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Education: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
