Job Title: Director of Marketing Technology

Synapri is seeking a seasoned marketing technology professional to lead their marketing technology initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for optimizing the company's tech stack, enhancing marketing capabilities, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement marketing tools and platforms to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure effective integration and utilization of marketing technologies.
  • Manage technical SEO and engineering best practices to align with the company vision.
  • Oversee API integrations to connect marketing systems and data sources, as well as support CRM integrations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing technology role with a track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing tech stacks.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and data integration.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into actionable strategies.
  • Good understanding of frontend and backend development technologies such as React, JavaScript, Node.JS, etc.
