About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Supported Housing Manager to join our team at Allstar Technologies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Provision: Collaborate with the Supported Housing Manager to oversee the daily operations of our services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Leadership and People Management: Directly supervise and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and best practice in service delivery.
  • General: Participate in the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support to our services, and contribute to the development of Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs) and Trauma-Informed approaches.
Requirements
  • Experience working in supported housing or similar services for young people and/or adults at risk.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully supervising and developing teams.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements, including the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and Ofsted.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and oversee safeguarding procedures in residential settings.
