Extra Care Scheme Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Extra Care Scheme Officer to join our Care & Independent Living Team at Southern Housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional housing and facilities management services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality housing management services to residents
  • Ensure excellent facilities management to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Awareness of Health & Safety principles
  • GCSE level or equivalent relevant professional qualification, or qualified by experience
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy skills
  • Valid driving licence or ability to effectively visit company offices and properties
  • Proven commitment to taking responsibility and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Experience of working in resident services
