Deputy Supported Housing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Supported Housing Manager to join our team at Allstar Technologies. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supported housing services.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Supported Housing Manager in the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and service specifications.
- Oversee the referral, interview, and induction processes for residents, ensuring a seamless transition into our services.
- Liaise with the Housing and Property Services team to maintain high-quality accommodation, conduct estate inspections, and address health and safety concerns.
- Directly line manage team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery and personal development.
- Be a member of the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours management support to projects in the wider locality.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in supported housing or similar services. You will have a working knowledge of Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and Ofsted regulations, as well as experience in Trauma-Informed Care and Psychologically Informed Environments. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
