**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the Supported Housing Manager in the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and service specifications.
* Oversee the referral, interview, and induction processes for residents, ensuring a smooth transition into our supported accommodation.
* Collaborate with the Housing and Property Services team to maintain high-quality accommodation, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
* Directly line manage team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our residents.
* Develop and implement effective monitoring systems to track resident progress and ensure successful move-on options.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in supported housing or similar services for young people and/or adults at risk.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
* Working knowledge of Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and Ofsted regulations, as well as Trauma Informed Care and Psychologically Informed Environments.
* Ability to maintain professional boundaries and oversee safeguarding procedures for young people or adults at risk.
