About the Role:

Mobilus Limited is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the media strategy and ultimately delivering the brand proposition across multiple channels in numerous markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery and execution of the annual brand plan across the full marketing mix.
  • Support the delivery of the annual brand plan, including project responsibility across the marketing mix.
  • Constantly review brand performance to inform brand planning cycles for creative improvement.
  • Deliver strong through-the-line brand plans tailored by channel to enable consistent brand execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, both tone of voice and visually, working with wider teams to align all work to the brand positioning.
  • Lead media strategy, planning, and execution, creating all creative that is needed for media plans, working with both agencies and in-house teams.
  • Adapt UK brand plans to EU markets, scaling brand plans where appropriate for the market and adapting where relevant.

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience across the full marketing mix with a thorough understanding of brand, media, creative development, and campaign management.
  • Experience in writing commercially oriented creative briefs as well as managing external agencies with a good eye for detail.
