**Marketing Coordinator Role at BMS Performance**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at BMS Performance, a leading Global Building Materials company. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Marketing Manager in coordinating marketing collateral, working with external and internal teams to ensure consistency, relevance, and compliance of marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and approve marketing campaigns to ensure brand standards and consistency.
  • Work closely with the Digital team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage external and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Monitor and measure ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technical, marketing, sales, and external agencies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and campaign management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with external and internal teams.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 (dependent on experience).
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 1 or 2 days per month working from home.
  • 25 days of annual leave.
  • A 6-month contract with opportunities for extension.
