About The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our full end-to-end bid writing process. As a key team member, you will be responsible for collating key information, providing administrative support, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on submitting award-winning bids.

This role offers opportunities for growth and development, with the potential to advance into a Junior Bid Manager position as you progress. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Assisting with responses to various tenders and proposals.
  2. Coordinating and tracking the progress of tender-related activities.
  3. Developing and maintaining templates and boilerplate content.
  4. Staying up-to-date with market intelligence and industry developments to ensure competitive advantages and strategy are well understood.
  5. Providing high-quality proofreading and version control of all content.
