Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will provide administrative support to our marketing team, ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Monitor and respond to marketing inboxes, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Collate and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Support the marketing team in preparing for and delivering exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
