Role Overview

In this role, you will lead the discovery and implementation phases of intricate Salesforce projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and fostering strong client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding Salesforce technical projects through various delivery methodologies.
  • Aligning project outcomes with the client's strategic objectives.
  • Acting as Scrum Master or Agile Coach as needed.
  • Serving as the functional and subject matter expert for client solutions.
  • Collaborating with the Product Owner to define product requirements and write user stories.
  • Working with engineering teams to establish and validate project strategies and deliverables.
  • Estimating project efforts at various levels.
  • Proactively managing risks and issues.
  • Building client trust and credibility.
  • Facilitating meetings and providing project status updates.
  • Identifying potential challenges and developing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Agile Software delivery as a Project, Product, or Program Manager, ideally with Salesforce solutions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of product, software, and testing lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean.
  • Experience in leading virtual teams.
  • Diverse industry experience.
  • Ability to bridge communication between business and technical teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a history of process improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive in identifying risks and driving resolutions.
  • Enjoys tackling complex challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse information.
  • Salesforce-specific knowledge and/or certifications.
  • Prior consulting experience is a plus.
