TECHOHANA is seeking a skilled Salesforce Implementation Specialist to spearhead a transformative project. This role involves leading the deployment of the Salesforce platform from inception, ensuring a robust and scalable solution tailored to the organization’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the architecture and rollout of the Salesforce system from the ground up.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Offer expert guidance on Salesforce best practices to enhance platform performance and scalability.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to elevate the skills of internal teams.
  • Maintain data integrity and security within the Salesforce framework.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce implementations, particularly in a greenfield context.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the legal sector or professional services is advantageous.
  • Possession of Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Consultant) is highly valued.
