About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our Weekend Team at Carestaff Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional support to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client and Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth and achieve successful placements.
  • Staffing Solutions: Understand client needs and customize existing staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Candidate Liaison: Liaise with candidates to ensure their availability is up-to-date and facilitate successful placements.
  • Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, address client and candidate concerns promptly and professionally, and ensure timely and accurate handling of requests.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the sector and provide support and guidance to clients and candidates.
About You

We are looking for a driven and organized individual who can multitask well, think critically, and communicate effectively at all levels. You will be part of a small team and will have opportunities for development and growth within the organization.

Work Hours

Shifts vary, but the working times of the team are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 5 pm - 10 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 10 pm
  • Overnights: 10 pm - 7 am
