As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional support to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client and Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth and ensure successful placements.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and customize existing staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Candidate Liaison: Liaise with candidates to ensure their availability is up-to-date and facilitate successful placements.
  • Communication and Support: Provide timely and effective communication and support to clients and candidates, addressing their concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain up-to-date sector information and ensure operational efficiency in all aspects of the role.
About You

We are looking for a driven and organized individual who can multitask well, think critically, and communicate effectively at all levels. As a member of our small team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of Carestaff Solutions.

Work Hours

Shifts vary, but the working times of the team are as follows:

  • Monday - Friday: 5 pm - 10 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 10 pm
  • Overnights: 10 pm - 7 am
