We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to become a part of our Temporary Staffing Division, focusing on the recruitment of personnel for our staffing bank.

About Our Organization

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust delivers a variety of services, including secondary mental health care across the region. Our specialized services encompass inpatient child and adolescent mental health care, perinatal mental health, and forensic services, including low and medium secure units. Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service or Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with online recruitment platforms
  • Understanding of recruitment legislation and data protection regulations
  • Experience in managing an integrated database system
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
