Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating brand awareness and driving sales growth for our high-end exterior lighting products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, architects, and contractors
- Deliver high-quality CPD presentations to promote our products and services
- Work closely with our regional sales managers and project managers to identify new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements- Proven track record of business development and sales growth in the exterior lighting industry
- Strong relationships with consultants, architects, and contractors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full and clean driving license
