About the Role

Churchill Estates Management is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Lodge Manager to oversee our retirement development. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of residents, ensuring they enjoy a fulfilling and worry-free lifestyle.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for both property maintenance and delivering exceptional customer service to our Owners. As the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, you will act as a friendly neighbor, building strong relationships with residents while managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, and conducting health and safety checks.

Your responsibilities will also include organizing engaging activities and events for Owners, contributing to a vibrant and welcoming community.

About You

The ideal candidate possesses experience in customer service, administration, or related fields such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, or health & social care. You are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and have a genuine desire to create a positive living environment for our Owners.

Your outgoing and friendly personality allows you to connect with residents easily, while your diplomacy and assertiveness ensure the smooth operation of the development. You are comfortable working independently, using your initiative to manage tasks effectively.

Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel and Outlook) are essential for organizing events and managing property maintenance records.
