Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Freight Personnel in the North East. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and driving growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of European road freight and ability to sell its benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
