Records Management Specialist Overview:
Assist in the identification and organization of electronic documents, correspondence, and physical records related to construction-related disputes and legal proceedings.

Records Management Specialist Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations of off-site archived documentation and develop an effective referencing system.
Facilitate the review, assembly, and distribution of disclosure documents in legal disputes and other resolution processes.
Provide administrative assistance as needed by the dispute resolution team.
Ensure that a document quality assessment is performed prior to any document uploads; if a document does not meet standards, it should be rejected and the original creator notified.
Oversee procedures related to data management and preservation.
Organize, maintain, and retrieve both electronic and physical documents for the commercial and dispute resolution teams.
Collaborate across various projects and disputes to uphold a uniform approach to document management and storage.
Maintain a database of key contacts, including consultants, experts, specialists, and legal advisors.
Manage the team's information on server and cloud platforms, including ownership and email distribution lists.
Act as the primary point of contact for all compliance documentation across all projects involved, necessitating a solid understanding of the Information Delivery Plan (IDP).
Assist in the signing and approval process for documents by senior management.
Perform administrative tasks as required.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance processes.
Scan and upload documents, emails, and files to secure data platforms in collaboration with consultants and legal advisors.
Support the monitoring and processing of payments through the ERP payment system.
