Pest Management Specialist - South East Region
This position is with one of the UK's leading firms in Property Services, Security Solutions, Maintenance, and Pest Control.

Qualifications: Ideally, candidates should possess BPCA or RSPH Level 2 certification or an equivalent qualification in Pest Management. However, additional training will be provided to enhance your skills.

Compensation: The salary is set at £29, accompanied by holiday pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Opportunities for overtime and commission-based bonuses are available based on performance criteria, along with holidays and other perks.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all pest control operations, ensuring the safe handling and transportation of pest control equipment and materials.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on pest control activities.
- Work independently or collaboratively to address infestations in both residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct surveys for premises experiencing pest issues and implement effective control measures for public health pests, including rodents, insects, and wildlife.
- Identify additional pest control opportunities during initial treatments and provide appropriate quotes.
- Communicate potential hazards associated with treatments and outline emergency procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records of visits, treatments administered, and materials used.

Support and Resources:
The company will provide a vehicle, Personal Protective Equipment, uniforms, and all necessary pest control materials and tools.

Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and reasonable ICT skills are essential.
- The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with additional overtime available.

Employment Terms:
These positions will transition to permanent roles following a probationary period.

Note: This role involves travel within the southeast region. Candidates will need to attend initial training and meetings at the main depot.
