Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Marmion, a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Harrogate. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our business, providing administrative support to key departments, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Production and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Manage access and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures for all visitors.
  • Oversee the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, cleaning products, PPE, laundry services, and other essentials.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring they are well-equipped and ready for use, and support site visits by organizing travel, accommodation, and catering when required.
  • Offer additional administrative support across all key areas of the business.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain excellent attention to detail.
  • A natural problem solver, comfortable working in a team and independently, with the ability to find solutions quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
