Role Overview:
We are looking for an Office Furniture Administrator who can handle a variety of tasks related to managing office furniture orders.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and manage office furniture inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
- Order Processing: Handle the procurement process for office furniture, including placing orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to internal and external clients regarding office furniture needs and inquiries.
- Space Planning: Assist in planning and organizing office layouts, ensuring optimal use of space and resources.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to office furniture, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.
- Coordination: Work closely with the facilities team to ensure smooth installation and maintenance of office furniture.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory status, order progress, and budget tracking.
