Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Visiting Angels South Yorkshire. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our Registered Manager and the Company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Registered Manager and the Company, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage administrative duties, prioritizing tasks to maintain the smooth running of the office.
  • Ensure time is managed effectively, maintaining professional communication and confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in the improvement and maintenance of our standards, ensuring compliance with the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in organizing and providing administrative assistance in an office environment (2 years).
  • Experience in handling a wide range of enquiries from different stakeholders.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Xero, and Birdie.
  • Experience in HR administration.
  • Experience in Health and Social Care (Required).
  • GCSE English & Maths (Required).
  • Level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred but training offered).
