Sales Development Representative - UKI (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and focus on generating sales opportunities within the UKI region. You will play a key role in identifying and qualifying leads through both inbound and outbound prospecting activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and qualify new sales opportunities by conducting outbound sales outreach, qualification calls, follow-ups, and email campaigns to nurture interest in EDB solutions.
  • Generate outbound leads from existing customers and identify potential expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional channel partners to develop pipeline, qualify leads, and drive opportunity closure.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements to effectively assist partners in addressing their specific challenges.
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate partners for further development and sales engagement.
  • Close new customers by setting up meetings with the sales team and facilitating introductions.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential customers, identify key decision-makers, and develop targeted outreach strategies to generate interest in EDB solutions.
  • Maintain and expand our database within the assigned territory, working closely with the EDB Marketing team.
  • Actively participate in partner business development activities, such as webinars, call campaigns, and briefings.
  • Provide support for direct and partner-led events to promote EDB solutions.
  • Work effectively within a matrixed team structure that includes Sales, Inside Sales, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Channel Development, and Sales Operations to maximize regional sales potential.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in technology sales and outbound lead development is preferred.
  • A strong desire to build a career in technology and software sales.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to optimize performance by utilizing our software tools, such as SalesLoft and Salesforce.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented individual with a strong drive for success.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English.
