Commercial Manager Job Description

Arguile Search is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our client's growing commercial department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial professional to develop their skills and progress their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial negotiation of new business with both new and existing clients.
  • Manage contract negotiations for deals across multiple market sectors.
  • Identify risks, liabilities, and commitments of contractual agreements.
  • Monitor and report performance and compliance against contractual obligations.
  • Work with contract delivery teams to ensure change request process and implementation is carried out in line with contracts.
  • Review contract performance, assess commercial risks, and ensure appropriate steps are taken to manage the risk.
  • Assure adherence to Group Commercial Policy.
  • Support client engagement teams in all commercial aspects, post contract signature.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a commercial contracts function, preferably with a law or business degree background.
  • Facilities management experience is a plus.
  • Good understanding of legals and financials.
  • Experience of working in a pre-contract signature environment.
