Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team at Source4 Personnel Solutions. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with our clients to meet their logistics needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing tasks using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Preparing and completing orders for pickup according to schedule
  • Receiving and processing warehouse stock products through WMS
  • Stock Replenishments
  • Attention to detail when completing tasks
  • Good in/Goods out
  • Booking in deliveries
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Complying with Health and Safety Standards
  • Loading and unloading of goods from vehicle
  • Stacking of goods in correct racking/storage bays
  • Stacking empty pallets
  • Picking/packing onto pallets
  • Picking/packing cartons for courier collections
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Fork Lift Licence - Bendi/Pivot Steer preferable but at least Reach and Counterbalance
  • Experience in working in a warehouse environment
  • Experience of a Warehouse Management System
  • Good computer skills
