Commercial Operations Coordinator

This role is responsible for supporting the People Manager in handling administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of organizing commercial staff. The Event Administrator will be one of the faces representing the Commercial department throughout the recruitment process and will be responsible for:
- Assisting the hiring manager in processing new applicants
- Assessing staff availability and producing staff schedules for each outlet
- Maintaining the Commercial email inbox and actioning any queries or forwarding to correct HR advisors or Managers
- Training across Retail, Food & Beverage, and Warehouse to have knowledge in each area that makes up the commercial department
- Producing daily call sheets for management
- Providing administrative support to the People Manager
- Facilitating communication between teams
- Ensuring the smooth operation of organizing commercial staff
- Representing the Commercial department throughout the recruitment process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- One meal provided during shifts

- 20% discount in the Elven Village during staff shopping events
This role will involve hybrid working, with a combination of on-site and remote work. The successful candidate will be required to commute to Camberley and Ascot for the duration of the contract.
