Compensation: £18.25 per hour
Role Overview:
The appointed individual will be tasked with performing specialized evaluations and implementing structured interventions aimed at supporting children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work towards meeting the objectives outlined in the service and team business plan
- Conduct specialized assessments of children, young people, parents, caregivers, and families in accordance with service protocols
- Design and execute structured parenting interventions for diverse groups
- Maintain accurate documentation of work and participate in multi-agency meetings
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C, including English or equivalent qualifications
- A solid understanding of child development, effective parenting practices, and attachment theory
- A valid full driving license (unless registered disabled)
Experience Needed:
- At least two years of experience in working with children, young people, and families
- Experience in delivering group work in various environments
- Proficiency in conducting specialized parenting assessments and managing challenging scenarios
Additional Requirements:
- Immediate availability or a short notice period
- Eligibility to work in the U.K.
