Early Help Case Manager

We are partnering with a Local Authority in Nottinghamshire to deliver a 1-month contract for an Early Help Case Manager, with potential extension at the client's discretion. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to achieve the service and team business plan targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead professional in Early Help cases, adhering to service guidance
  • Complete structured assessments and planning, commissioning, facilitating, or delivering interventions, and conducting reviews for children, young people, parents, carers, and families
  • Chair multi-agency Team Around the Family/Child meetings
  • Maintain timely and accurate records of work, including running records and data entry as specified

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification at NVQ level 4 or above, with assessed practice
  • Minimum three years of experience working with children, young people, and their families
  • Experience in managing challenging situations

Please note:

  • The ideal candidate should be available to start immediately or at short notice
  • Right to work in the U.K is required
  • An enhanced DBS is necessary for this role
