Job Title: Early Years Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Assistant Manager to join our team at Langar Nursery. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will play a vital role in inspiring and leading the team to deliver high-quality, inclusive early years education and care.

About the Role:
  • Work collaboratively with the Early Years Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellence in early years education and care.
  • Model sensitive and responsive interaction with children, extending their learning and development.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Post-qualification experience in working in early education and childcare or a similar environment.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate reports and correspondence.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver high standards and achieve results.
