Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to join our team at Aspire People. As a specialist in Maths and English, you will be responsible for providing support to pupils who are working below age-expected levels. Your role will involve identifying students who need additional support, designing and implementing intervention programs, and working closely with classroom teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure that all students have the opportunity to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing Maths and English support to pupils who are working below age-expected levels
* Identifying students who need additional support and designing intervention programs
* Working closely with classroom teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure student success
Requirements:
* Qualified teacher status
* Experience in supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 who are working below age-expected levels
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis
* An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
