About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at Cheltenham Borough Council. As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service by addressing customer queries at the first point of contact
  • Work in partnership with other Customer Services Officers to respond effectively to customer contacts
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and achieve high levels of satisfaction
