Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Administrator / Service Quality Specialist to join our team at Porsche Centre Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our vehicle technicians and ensuring the highest level of quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the progression of submitted warranty claims
- Ensure adherence to Porsche's service process and warranty standards
- Drive and improve the overall productivity of the workshop
- Increase customer satisfaction through effective handling of warranty related enquiries
- Monitor warranty claims process, ensuring correct time recording and reducing claim error rates
We offer a competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including bonus, 33 days holiday per year, and private medical insurance.
About UsPorsche Centre Reading is one of the first destination Porsche Centres in the UK, located in a prime location with a heavily subsidized restaurant and barista bar. We are owned wholly by Porsche Germany and operate five Porsche Centres, two satellite Service Centres, and a Trade Parts Distribution Centre in and around London.
