About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at Carr Gomm. As a key member of our Rothesay Responder Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to unplanned risks and provide effective support to individuals in need.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement risk-managed plans to promote independence and positive outcomes.
  • Provide driver support and utilize company-provided vehicles to facilitate safe and efficient service delivery.
