Occupational Therapist Sandwell CAMHS NHS AfC: Band 6

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Dudley Integrated Health and Care NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our patients.
Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions to patients within our designated Primary Care Network (PCN).
- Work closely with GPs and other practice staff to manage the mental health needs of our patients.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective service delivery.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Advanced health assessment skills and experience of working as an autonomous practitioner.
- Non-medical prescriber qualification or working towards.
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in a mental health setting.
