We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join our Adult Workforce Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality learning and development solutions to support the growth and development of our social work practitioners.
About the Role:This is a permanent, full-time role that will involve working closely with our Social Work Professional Development Lead and Principal Social Worker to develop and deliver learning and development solutions. You will be responsible for creating innovative resources, supporting the delivery of masterclasses, and evaluating and quality assuring learning and development activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver learning and development solutions to support the growth and development of social work practitioners.
- Work closely with the Social Work Professional Development Lead and Principal Social Worker to develop and deliver learning and development solutions.
- Create innovative resources to support learning and development activities.
- Support the delivery of masterclasses and other learning and development activities.
- Evaluate and quality assure learning and development activities.
- Play a key role in advising and supporting on the delivery of an effective CPD programme for social work practitioners.
- Work closely with the Leeds & Wakefield Social Work Teaching Partnership to maintain and develop our practice learning offer for social work students.
