We are seeking a visionary Learning and Development Manager to join our People Team at Millennium Support.

This role will lead the strategic development of our learning and development plan, ensuring it aligns with our goals, culture, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and implementing leadership development programs to enhance the skills of our team members.
  2. Developing and managing our learning management system to ensure seamless delivery of training resources.
  3. Collaborating with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  4. Staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the learning and development field.
  5. Leading internal and external audits to ensure compliance with CQC requirements.

Requirements include:

  1. A CIPD Level 5 qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent.
  2. 3 years of experience in an L&D leadership role within the Health and Social Care sector.
  3. Experience of working in a people-facing role within a Health and Social Care environment.
  4. Ability to analyze learning needs and manage projects.
