National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our Commercial Team at Nigel Wright Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-growth, VC-backed company that thrives on innovation and excellence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving profitable growth of both the current portfolio and new business, working closely with the Head of Sales to develop and execute strategic plans.
The Role- Develop and execute promotional programs to drive revenue, trade spend, and promotion activation details.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to facilitate best-in-class category strategies and activation.
- Complete customer admin tasks with the Sales Admin Team in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct promotional pre and post-evaluation, and optimisation in conjunction with the Commercial Manager to drive ROI.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach, experienced in setting and measuring KPIs.
- A brilliant collaborator, capable of working with the wider Commercial/Supply team to execute plans.
- A source of positive energy with a can-do attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to use other Microsoft programs.
- Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial and financial situations.
- Meticulous planner, capable of organising and running complex integrated projects.
- Commercial experience within the FMCG sector.
- Forecasting, sales, and negotiation experience.
- Experience working on Retailer sales platforms.
- Experience in health and beauty.
