The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our Commercial Team at Nigel Wright Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-growth, VC-backed company that thrives on innovation and excellence.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving profitable growth of both the current portfolio and new business, working closely with the Head of Sales to develop and execute strategic plans.

The Role
  • Develop and execute promotional programs to drive revenue, trade spend, and promotion activation details.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to facilitate best-in-class category strategies and activation.
  • Complete customer admin tasks with the Sales Admin Team in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct promotional pre and post-evaluation, and optimisation in conjunction with the Commercial Manager to drive ROI.
The Person
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach, experienced in setting and measuring KPIs.
  • A brilliant collaborator, capable of working with the wider Commercial/Supply team to execute plans.
  • A source of positive energy with a can-do attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to use other Microsoft programs.
  • Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial and financial situations.
  • Meticulous planner, capable of organising and running complex integrated projects.
Requirements
  • Commercial experience within the FMCG sector.
  • Forecasting, sales, and negotiation experience.
  • Experience working on Retailer sales platforms.
  • Experience in health and beauty.
