We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Craft Distilling Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and enhancing our luxury spirits brand, Craft Irish Whiskey, in the on-trade market.
About the Role:
As our National Account Manager, you will be the face and voice of our brand, responsible for building relationships with key decision makers in the luxury on-trade market. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver bespoke education and training to on-trade accounts, including our Whiskey Sommelier Certification, to build brand confidence and advocacy.
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to identify opportunities and recommend changes as required.
- Build relationships and trust with key decision makers, including beverage directors, buyers, and bar managers.
- Create and demonstrate the perfect serve and rituals to on-trade accounts.
- Familiarize yourself with the 5-star landscape of the UK's hotels, restaurants, and bar scene.
Requirements:
- Passion for the spirits industry and experience in the premium category.
- Experience working with whiskey and/or cognac.
- Experience as a Brand Ambassador or Regional Account Manager within the spirits industry.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
