Senior Account Development Manager

Your primary focus will be on building relationships with key decision-makers, such as beverage directors, buyers, and bar managers, to drive brand awareness and sales. You will also be responsible for delivering bespoke education and training to our on-trade accounts, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to effectively promote our premium ultra-rare whiskey.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for the spirits industry, particularly in the premium category. You should have experience working with whiskey and/or cognac, as well as experience as a Brand Ambassador or Regional Account Manager within the spirits industry.
If you're a charismatic and knowledgeable individual who can effectively communicate the unique qualities of our brand, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver bespoke education and training to on-trade accounts
* Build relationships with key decision-makers
* Drive brand awareness and sales
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and recommend change
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the luxury on-trade market
**Requirements:**
* Passion for the spirits industry
* Experience working with whiskey and/or cognac
* Experience as a Brand Ambassador or Regional Account Manager within the spirits industry
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work flexible hours and travel frequently
