Waste Operations Manager

Panoramic Associates Limited is partnering with Norse Group and East Hampshire District Council to fill a crucial role in their joint venture. We are seeking a Waste Operations Manager to lead change management within the service.

As a key member of the team, you will assist the Operations Director in ensuring all areas within the joint venture deliver their key performance indicators and run at maximum operational efficiency. You will lead, manage, and direct senior and middle line managers and supervisors, as well as develop commercial contracts on a profitable basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-profile waste and environment projects in a large organization
  • Working to time and budget expectations
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Managing and coordinating a team

We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing and coordinating a team, as well as developing commercial contracts on a profitable basis. If you have a strong track record of delivering high-profile waste and environment projects, we encourage you to apply.
